Individual sessions are a great way to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the player and develop specific exercises to help the player improve. Personal training focuses more on the technical side of soccer rather than on the tactics.
This session lasts for an hour with a maximum of two participants, and provides the opportunity to focus completely on those individual athletes to work on specific strengths and weaknesses of their particular game. This training can focus on the following:
